Mediation and Arbitration (ADR)

Alternative Dispute Resolution ("ADR"), composed primarily of mediation and arbitration, can be an effective way to help separated spouses or other civil litigants reach an out-of-court settlement in their case.  Mediation and arbitration can result in settlements for equitable distribution, alimony, child support, child custody, and almost all other civil cases.  With the help of a designated mediator or arbitratorADR enables parties to resolve matters with terms that both parties are comfortable with, instead of leaving the fate of their case in the hands of a judge or jury.

While every case is different, mediation and arbitration are often great avenues to facilitate narrowly-tailored agreements that protect your rights—on your terms.
